Hiring Operations Administrator - OCS Express Ltd. (Vancouver Office)
Currently we are looking for a part time position in operation administration who speaks Japanese, contract term from April 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021.
We are airport base Logistic Company that belongs to the network of over 150 offices all over the world, HQ in Tokyo Japan.
Currently we are looking for a part time position in operation administration who speaks Japanese, contract term from April 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021.
Roles of the position is as below;
- Communication between customers and vendors
- Data entry and paperwork
- Sorting at warehouse and shipping/delivering
- Airline pick up / drop off
Qualifications & Requirements;
- Good understanding about Geography (Local/National/International)
- Good communication skills for the customer and working partners (vendors and co-workers)
- Language skill of English (Advanced) and Japanese (Business)
- Office level skill to use computer (Excel, Word, Web application)
- Valid status to work in Canada
Compensation;
- Entry level
Work days & hours;
- 5 hours between 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- 5 days a week except public holidays
