Sushi Outlet Production Supervisor
Reporting to the KD Department Head (Sushi Outlet) and Technical Specialist, the Sushi Outlet Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the KD Department Head (Sushi Outlet) in providing guidance, supervision and sets as a good example for Sushi Outlet Production Assistants to follow. He/she is also responsible for producing the assigned products (Sushi, Rolls, Sashimi, Teriyaki and/or others) based on orders received, control quality, inventory and wastage.
Major Responsibilities:
1.Provide guidance and supervision to Sushi Outlet Production Assistants, ensure fair distribution of work and ensure proper scheduling is done
2.Supervise the Sushi Outlet production processes
3.Provide training to Sushi Outlet Production Assistants and provide feedback on staff performance
4.Participate in new product research and development process, encourage innovations
Requirements
1.Flexible to work in various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, morning and evening hours
