Coordinate the schedule & travel of the President to ensure functions, meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties are carried out seamlessly
Deal with Travel arrangements as required including the booking and ongoing maintenance of the Company vehicles
Assist members of the Management Team with administrative and/or clerical tasks
Responsible for supporting Japanese coordinators’ family life (education, hospital etc.)
Provide support to Corporate Administration initiatives.
Responsible for the administration of the TG Minto houses and any rental properties.
Serve as an interpreter in meetings, training, conversations and plant visits, etc.
Provide Interpretation for employees and Japanese coordinators.
Translate official corporate documents.
Translate technical documents such as quality control standards and reference materials.
Translate and assist in the preparation of presentation material for various customers and business associates.
Occasionally required to travel.
Minimum of three years of experience in the Automotive field is required
Outstanding communication and writing skills, especially with senior-level members of the company.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- University level or equivalent working experience.
- English: Native or Fluent is required
- Japanese: Native only
